Good day sir/ma.
Please I swapped my older decoder in the month October, 2016 at your branch in Enugu and made payment for the new decoder and subscription. The channels worked and the subscription expired, then in the month of November, 2016, I made payment on the smart card  no. 42508690346 which is my old decoder smart card number.
so my question now is, which of the decoder smart card should I used the old one or the new one in the new decoder.
Here are the two smart card numbers: 42508690346 and swapped decoder is 10430779586.
After, the payment of the subscription, I am not watching anything except NTA and channel 100.
Please answer my question and resolve the issues for me as I can not get to any customer line all are busy and not attending to my calls for two days now.
